CoupleLightExtinction - ModuleWaterProperties - ERR07
Thanks a lot Luis, you're a master. After making the correction, when I tried to run the simulation another error apppeared: 'CoupleLightExtinction - ModuleWaterProperties - ERR07' What I did was to add the 'cohesive sediment' property to the waterproperties data file, and then it worked pretty well...

OutPutHDF_AditionalFields - ModuleWaterProperties - ERR50
Dear All, I am right now testing the first-order decay model for the water properties module and it is giving me some trouble. I have launched simulations with constant T90 and everyting is ok. But when I put a variable T90 (method 1 or 2), MOHID gives the error message: \"OutPutHDF_AditionalFields ...

Rotate viewport
Hello guys, Is it possible to rotate the viewport in MOHIS GIS? You see, Barcelona coast is not as parallel to the meridian axes as the portuguese coast, it has a skew angle of about 44.4º, so the results look better when rotated. Another thing: the forum \"search\" is not working. You should take a...

problem with new version of mohid (4.7) - postprocessor
I also had problems with MOHIDPostProcessor. When I drag the \"openpoints3d\" datatset to the mapping list, the following error appears: \"Mapping can only be waterpoints or openpoints\". This makes impossible to use the program. This does not happen in MOHIDGIS (here everything seems fine). Cheers ...

First order decay in WaterProperties
Dear Frank,
Can you tell how first order decay in WaterProperties works? I am very interested in it.
Thanks in advance. See you.

error reading HDF generated with c++ libraries
Dear All, I hope you're all doing well. I am trying to sell--not in the literal sense-- MOHID to the other side of peninsula. We are treating the problem of CSOs in Barcelona, and nearshore simulations are quite interesting for us. As soon as I have interesting results, I'll show them to you. For th...

variable T90 in Eulerian approach
Dear All, Is it possible to impose a variable decay time (T90) for the 'fecal coliform' property with Eulerian transport model? I have seen that this option is available in the Lagrangian module (T90_VAR_METHOD keyword, I guess), but it seems that the same does not exist for the WaterProperty module...

Simulate sewage spills
Cheers All, Let's put this in simple words: I want to simulate shit spills to the sea. Knowing that : i) I do not have too much field data ii) I am mostly interested in bacterial concentracions (fecal coliforms) iii) I want 3D results what is the best (= straigth, short & possible) way to do thi...

You're having stability problems. The square root error means that the program is calculating the square root of a negative value. In other words, the model made a big boom somewhere and yielded a negative value for a quantity that should be positive (water depth for instance). Conclusion: your doma...
