Hi Francisco,
Thank you for your reply but I am only introducing the tide at the boundary of the domain. I was using one tidal gauge for each cell and it didn't work. We tried skipping one cell every two cells (i.e. reducing the number of tidal gauges to one half) and it worked.

I have been doing some tests with the tidal input and I found that when I insert too many tidal gauges (1200 points approx.), the simulation does not run. Is there any limit on the number of points for the tidal gauges?
