The error is likely to come from the fact that you have wrongly defined the OUTPUT_TIME keyword.

Hi Utong,

What exactly is the run-tide.bat program?

Do you mean when you generate the tide file? For the tide file, in each gauge just edit the keyword

TIME_REF : 7.

And in the Model_x.dat input data file edit the keyword

GMTREFERENCE : 7

Hi Utong, MOHID does not allow for isolated grid cells to exist in your bathymetry file, so it automatically turns those grid cells into land and creates a new bathymetry file.
