Re: HDF inputs

Hum...

Please, paste here the content of the input data file that is giving problems. Can be only the block that gives the problem, so I can take a look.
Paste both the one that works and the one that fails, please.

Re: HDF inputs

ok...

Seems that you have a "comment" after the path to the file, no?
Something that starts with an "!" maybe?

If yes, you have to delete the comment. :)

Re: HDF inputs

:)

If you run from Mohid Studio, it creates the nomfich file, in the exe folder of the simulation, and you can use this file to run the model. Just copy the mohid executable to this folder (if it's not already there) and run from cmd :)

Re: HDF inputs

lol

Ok. This isn't of much help ;)
Maybe you can try to run mohid from command line?

Also, from the last successfull run, which keywords did you change in the input files?

Re: HDF inputs

Hello Ane, No. The error message that you showed is about the lenght of strings in input file exceeding the maximun lenght alowed. But the error message seems to be incomplete, because usually the value that exceeded the alowed lenght is displayed also, what helps to identify the keyword that is too...

Re: HDF inputs

Hello Ane :) This means that one of your keywords (in the input data files) are greater than 256 characters, which the version of the executable that you have do not supports. If the only change is the use of an HDF file, maybe the lenght (in characters) of the path+name of the HDF file is over 256....

Re: MOHID Land versions incompatibility

Hello again, Cyril Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a read-to-use makefile for gfortran, nor we know if gfortran can be used without any problems. In this case, you have two options. a) Make the required changes in the makefile, that currently is setup to intel fortran b) use intel fortran...

Re: MOHID Land versions incompatibility

Hello Cyril, - Is there an official MOHID executable? The MOHID GUI's models don't seem to be compatible with those developped under MOHID Studio. Furthermore, when I try to use the latest executable available on MOHID website, it gives different errors than the MOHID GUI. Cyril Garneau The Mohid Gu...

Re: Problem in ConverToHDF5

Hi Josep :-) I'll send you (by e-mail) a new ConvertToHDF5 with some corrections. Thanks for helping us with that ;-) The main change is that now you can use a nc file with the lambert SP1 and SP2 parameters been the same. Rosa ask me to tell you that due to the extent of the area in your image, may...

Re: Problem in ConverToHDF5

Hi Josep, I don't know if we are using the same ConvertToHDF5 exe file (I'm using revision 73284). The first thing is that START and END are the same and the tool ask for different. If we change END for the next day, a new error message appears, saying that SP1 and SP2 are the same: ----------------...

Re: Evapotranspiration

Ok, no problem. In fact, both values (1 - transpiration only & 2 transpiration+evaporation) of EVAPOTRANSPIRATION_METHOD keyword require the vegetation modeule to be setup. You can avoid the setup of vegetation module only if you will not simulate evapotranspiration. But if you want to evaporate...

Re: Discharges

Hi Ane :-) If there isn't the keyword DISCHARG in the nomfich file, thi can be the problem. You are running the simulations from Mohid Studio or from command line directly? If you are using Mohid Studio, you need to click in the Simulation in the Tree view to select it and after than click with the ...

Re: Evapotranspiration

Hi Ane :-) If you want evaporation, you have to set EVAPOTRANSPIRATION_METHOD = 2. EVAP_METHOD is a keyword that defines if BASIN will or will not evaporate water in the water column and in the leaves storage. EVAP_METHOD = 3 tell that the BASIN module will not evaporate, but this do not means that ...

Re: Discharges

Hi Ane :-) No, the file name will not be the error, because any file name is possible (and any extension too). I assumed that you are using the Mohid Studio to Run the simulation. Probably this will not be the reason for this behaviour, because I think it would raise an error, but you can see if in ...
