Re: HDF inputs

ops, I thought you wanted this :) the only thing I changed from a simulation that run was the extension of the file (as both files srm and hdf are located in the same path). So, to see the error from command line, I have to execute the exe in cmd and how can I choose here the simulation I want to run?

Re: HDF inputs

Thanks eduardo! :)

It is strange because the path is not too long (in fact, just changing the "hdf5" for "srm" extension it works perfectly). wont it be related to the hdf file? I´ve tried copying the file to a even shorter path and I still get the same message..

HDF inputs

Hi all, I am doing a simulation in which I´m entering precipitation data as a hdf file. As I press the run bottom it appears the following message: "Maximum of 256 characters is suported. Strings:" Do you know where do I have to check? There is no problem opening the file in the map window...

Re: NO WATER POINT

After changing the location from I,J to X,Y it seems that the error about "No water point" has been solved, but still I got: Constructing Mohid Land Please Wait... -------------------- DRAINAGE NETWORK -------------------- Number of Nodes : 570 Number of Reaches : 569 Number of Outlets : 1...

Re: Problems!! (Digital terrain)

Hello everybody! I´ve tried converting a raster into a xyz file, but I guess I´m doing something wrong cause the size of the last file is so big, I cant open it in mohid studio and neither in mohid gis. The raster´s size is around 13Mb and the xyz file´s almost 1Gb. The raster cells are 5x5m. Can so...

Re: Equations

Hello all :)
Can anybody check the transport equation at the module porous media properties, please? it doesnt appear in the wiki, it seems to be a kind of problem.. and, in tortuosity equation, the water content is elevated at 7/3 and the porosity elevated at 2?
Thanks!!

Re: Drainage Network

Hello all, I wanted to start a simulation with some flow in the network, and I guessed that the keyword I had to change is INITIAL_WATER_DEPTH in the drainage network module, but I´m not sure.. There is no ploblem when it is set to 0.0, but when I give a value to this parameter, it appears an error ...

Re: Errors while run process

Hello again! As you said, I took a simulation which didnt crash, and I made the following changes: First, I add more layers in geometry module (so that I had to change the bottom file into a new one created automatically). Then, I set as a initialization method an asci file and wrote the properties ...

Re: Porous media tool -- Max slope

thank you frank, I had already read it, but I didnt undestand it right.. Is it the max slope to create the bottom file? So is it any way to check both topografy slope?

Porous media tool -- Max slope

Hello all,
Could anyone explain me please what is Max. slope of the porous media tool refering to? I´ve read that it indicates the maximum slope the tool should consider, but, isnt the slope calculated from the DTM? Could it be the slope of the cells? Sorry but I dont get it..
Thanks in advance,
