Water Quality ERROR

Hello users!!

Im trying to do a Water Quality Project
I already did the simulation part of nitrogen and now i need put the phosphato.
When i try simulate nitrogen together phosphato i always had the error NaN for , for example, to phitoplancton growing rate..

I dont know what to do..

Somebody can help me?

Im Sergio from Colombia and i have almost the same error, i want to simulate some properties but i dont need phyto and zoo, But I modeled with phyto and zoo and shows me the same error as you. How did you fix the error. Please

Hey!

So..my error was in the module Interface Sediment Water ..i solved the problem trying to put one property for time: in a run with OLD:0 and BOX:0 and in he next run with OLD:1 and BOX:1..i will post my module interface sediment water for you :)

now..on the next run (Run 2) you must put BOX_TIME_SERIE:1 and OLD:1 :)
i am also considering benthos, so, for do on the same way that i did, you must put module benthos at your runs :)

Thanks a lot for your files those are very useful for me but I have some question... Could you help me please??

Why are you running twice?, and what does MASS_LIMITATION mean in the water properties, other question is i can see that you are using Time series in the water properties module tha same like me, but when i see the result all water properties decay almost to zero, could you tell me how are your time series result, or if you have any clue of why I get those result, please.

My proyect is to model a estuary and I need hidrodinamics and water quality, but in water properties i dont need phyto and zoo, maybe for that reason is the result that i get but im not sure, or because im modeling DBO and nitrate, nitrite, oxygen, ammonia, organic and inorganic phosphorus without phyto and zoo...... I dont know why, do you have any clue.... please.....
