Assignment of discharge points

Dear Mohiders, :P

I want to assign a momentum discharge. Is there a way to place the discharge location by coordinates (global or local)? Also the depth of the discharge location in meter? I found somewhere the keywords COORD_X and COORD_Y and for the depth in meter K_DEPTH. But all these things don`t work at all.
And...
What is the keyword DEPTHBYGRID for? Is there a keyword DEPTHBYMETER or something?

Dear Michael,

there have been some changes in the way discharges can be specified. Presently there are many options, if too much for me to figure out... :)

Below an example which answers some of your questions. Some notes first:
1. You can either use I_CELL/J_CELL or COORD_X/COORD_Y to specify the horizontal location of a discharge.
2. The keyword DEPTHBYGRID does not exists anymore
3. The depth can be given only by the K (Grid) value, not in meters. But you can also have other types of vertical distribuitions (uniform, bottom, top)
4. To discharge Momentum you must associate flow velocity to the discharge (see "Momentum Discharge" below)
5. To activate mass discharges set:
WATER_DISCHARGES : 1 in module hydrodynamic
6. To activate momentum discharges set also:
MOMENTUM_DISCHARGE : 1 in module hydrodynamic

Here is an example of three different discharges:
