Hello Mohiders,
I would like to know if someone can help me with two questions. In case someone have had similar situations.
FIRST ONE:
I´m running Mohid with Lagrangian module and doing some tests. I modified the Depth Cell to 2 and got an error because I do not have a 2 cell depth (Nothing strange so far). But my doubt is: Why in the output file it appears position 20, 10 and not 19, 9? See below:
My location in the Lagrangian file was:
<BeginOrigin>
…
POSITION_CELLS : 9 19
DEPTH_CELLS : 2
…
<EndOrigin>
In the the error message appears:
-------------------- WATERPROPERTIES --------------------
Num of Properties : 0
Invalid Location defined for Fundo
Point [i]: 20
Point [j]: 10
Point [k]: 3
Is not a WaterPoint

SECOND ONE:
When I test Box emission in Lagrangian with any number of Particles, the box is always started with 2600 particles. What am I missing? See below
My Lagrangian file:
<BeginOrigin>
…
BOX_NUMBER : 1
EMISSION_SPATIAL : Box
EMISSION_TEMPORAL : Instantaneous
DT_EMIT : 1800
NBR_PARTIC : 1
…
My output file:
----------------------- LAGRANGIAN -----------------------
Number of Origins : 1
Number of Groups : 1
GroupID : 1
---Number of Orig.: 1
Origin : Test
---Group ID : 1
---Number of Part.: 2600
---Number of Prop.: 0
Best Regards!!

The answer for the 2nd question is here: http://www.mohid.com/wiki/index.php?tit ... Lagrangian

Re: Lagrangian errors / questions
Hello,
The first question was some "bug" in Lagrangian.
POSITION_CELLS has first J and after I and they are shifted 1 cell. Probably because of numbering with zero order.
Is just something that should be changed.
The new Lagrangian module (updated in recent years) that can be present in recent MOHID Water executables,
will use
POSITION_COORDINATES : xxx yyy
instead.
see http://wiki.mohid.com/wiki/index.php?ti ... gianGlobal
to know more about recent changes.
Best regards,
David
