Hello MOHIDers,
I'm using MOHID to model a lake. I'm interested in the water level, so I output it in the hydrodynamics files (.srh) and in the water properties files (.srw). These two file types have very different water level outputs. While the properties files seem to give reasonable results, the hydrodynamics files don't. Here, the wate level stagnates when discharging water into the lake, or the lake gets sucked dry, and other curious stuff.
Why are there differences between the two file types? And what am I doing wrong in defining the hydrodynamics?
