Hi,
I'm embarrassed to say that I've only just become aware of Mohid!
I have recently published a 700 page book on 'Hydrobiological modelling' which may be of interest to Mohid users. It is available at www.lulu.com. It contains background to the physical and biochemical process in models like Mohid (Leendertse's 2D models and the Princeton Ocean model are described). It was written to provide an inexpensive ($US28) resource for students and professionals. It contains about 3000 references.
