MyOcean to HDF5 conversion tool...

Hi all,

I'm trying to convert some Mercator and IBI files from MyOcean into netcdf using Mohid Studio toolbox without success.
Does the files need any modification prior the conversion?
I'm using the files downloaded directly from MyOcean and I get the following errors:

IBI:

Invalid files
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Mercator:

Invalid files
Exception of type 'System.OutofMemoryException' was thrown.

In this case I was only using the temperature fields.
