Hi!
This is a problem that has been corrected, and will be available in the next release.

ConvertToHDF5 tool (a Fortran95 tool that is launched and managed from MohidGIS) converts files from various formats and sources to HDF5. Here is the list:

- MM5 (meteorological model) - Binary
- ARPS (meteorological model) - ASCII, netcdf
- HYCOM (ocean model) - netcdf
- MERCATOR (ocean model) - netcdf
- LEVITUS (ocean database) - binary
- SEAWIFS, MODIS (satellite images)

The tool also allows to interpolate the HDF5 files to a higher resolution grid in order to couple it to a user-defined grid.

Interpolation can be done in 2D and 3D, but only 2D interpolation is currently available from MOHID GIS.

If you want to convert your data to HDF5 format, please tell and I'll send you sample Fortran95 code on how to do this.

Best regards,
Luis

Hi,
I'll apreciate if you could share the HYCOM convert format that is requiered to write in the ConvertToHDF5Action file.

Thank you in advance
