Hi!
I am trying to compile MohidWater using MPI. I've tried to do this using Intel Fortran Compiler 9.0 and MPICH2. I got the source code from the website (MOHID-SourceCode-22-09-2006), and it compiles when I do not try to use MPI configuration. I followed all the steps in \"Compiling Mohid with MPI\" and \"Compiling with IFC\", but I still get this error message:
------ Rebuild All started: Project: MohidWater, Configuration: MPI Win32 ------
Deleting intermediate files and output files for project 'MohidWater', configuration 'MPI|Win32'.
Compiling with Intel Fortran 9.0...
MOHID-SourceCode-22-09-2006\\Code\\Mohid_Water\\ModuleGOTM.f90
MohidWater : error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code
Build log written to file://E:\\marcia\\MohidMPI\\MohidWater\\MPI\\BuildLog.htm
MohidWater build failed.
Please, if someone could help me with this, I am getting hopeless.
Best regards, thanks in advance,
Márcia

Hi Marcia,
We're currently trying to upgrade the system to MPICH2 but it's not done yet.
Currently the code you have only works for MPICH1.1 compiled with CVF. The mpif.f90 distributed in MOHID will be a new file compatible with MPICH2, along with some minor changes.
I'll keep you posted on our advances.
Best regards,
Luis

Hi Luis,
Sorry to bother you about that. So if I have only IFC, how do I do this?
I've tried to change the library to mpich.lib, as it should be for CVF, but then I got some warnings and this: ...ModuleWaterProperties.f90(7067) : Error: A non-optional actual argument must be present when invoking a procedure with an explicit interface. [FATHERGEOMETRYID]
Maybe it is possible to send me the MohidWaterMPI.exe that is mising??
Cheers,
Márcia
