Hello,
I’ve already modeled a fecal discharge in the ocean with the following lagrangian module.
OUTPUT_TIME : 0 7200
DT_PARTIC : 30
<BeginOrigin>
ORIGIN_NAME : Discharge
OLD : 0
GROUP_ID : 1
EMISSION_SPATIAL : Point
EMISSION_TEMPORAL : Continuous
MONITOR_BOX : ..\..\GeneralData\timeSerieBoxes3.dat
DT_EMIT : 5
FLOW : 0.17
FLOAT : 0
MOVEMENT : SullivanAllen
VARVELHX : 0.015
VARVELH : 0.03
TURB_V : Profile
POSITION_CELLS : 52 104
DEPTH_METERS : 0.4
COMPUTE_PLUME : 0
NBR_PARTIC : 3
TVOL200 : 3600.
VOLUME_INCREAS : Double
VOLFAC : 5e4
<<BeginProperty>>
NAME : fecal coliforms
UNITS : UFC/100ml
CONCENTRATION : 200
T90 : 7200
AMBIENT_CONC : 0
OUTPUT_HDF : 1
<<EndProperty>>
<EndOrigin>
And the waterproperties module is
REFERENCE_DENSITY : 1035
Now, in the postprocessor, I visualize the fecal particles from the lagrangian module but I don’t know how to display the fecal concentration color in the ocean to know the radius of impact.
Thanks in advance
Aina

Re: problems visualization of fecal concentration
HI mohider,
your problem must be due to you are not setting right the postprocessor, plase do de following:
image tool
settings
particle
color scale --- gradual
min = 0
max = 0.1E6 (maybe you could have a different value)
greetings!
