Hi:
I was trying to directly import a raster file created in ArcGIS via Topo-to-Raster into MOHID Studio. I read that we could use the ConverttoXYZ tool to transfer the raster from ASCII Raster file (*.asc) to MOHID XYZ and then load it, since I was not able to find the executable for ConverttoXYZ anywhere I used MOHID GIS for it and I could get the XYZ points and interpolate them inside MOHID Studio but I find that roundabout a little bit silly since I am going from an existing raster to points and then back again to grid data file.... Is there an easier way to directly import a bathymetric raster from ArcGIS to MOHID Studio?
Thanks in advance.
Marcos

Re: Import bathymetry from ArcGIS to MOHID Studio
Hello,
In new version of MOHID Studio:
http://www.actionmodulers.pt/default.aspx?canal=137
you can open the raster directly in Studio.
In Map ribbon (or tab), and in "Common Data" group, there is a "Raster" button.
Open the raster by telling the projection and on "Add" select the file
w001001.adf of the ArcGIS type raster and press OK and it should show it OK.
You can use this tool to open .asc files from ArcGIS.
Best regards,
David
