Paulo,
I would like to know how in the mohid the diffusion coeffcient of each water property is defined in the water properties module.

Dear Nuno,
the diffusion coefficient for each water property in the horizontal (Kh) is computed in the follow way:
Kh = Vh * Schmidt_NumberH
in the vertical (Kv):
Kv = Vv * Schmidt_NumberV + Molecular Diffusion
Vh - horizontal turbulent viscosity
Vv - vertical turbulent viscosity
Vh and Vv are defined in the input data file of the turbulence module
Schmidt_NumberH, Schmidt_NumberV and Molecular Diffusion are defined for each water property in the input data file of the WaterProperties module by the follow keywords:
SCHMIDT_BACKGROUND_V (Molecular Diffusion )
SCHMIDT_NUMBER_H
SCHMIDT_NUMBER_V
